The retreats allow people from all walks of life to meet like-minded individuals in a serene and spiritual setting.  The retreats include walks in the woods, on the beach, visiting ancient sites, meditations, etc.

We now have three types of retreats available — therapy retreat and mini workshop retreat and The Transformation Game Retreat

Therapy Retreat  £175 These are simple retreats with like minded people. They include all retreat activities and a therapy of your choice. Please see events diary.

The Transformation Game Retreat £250 This is a game that will change the way you live your life.  It will change the way you look at and deal with issues.  In fact the most fun way on your self development path.  Do not be deceived by the fact it is called "a game."  It is for those who seriously want change. Mini Workshop Retreat £175 These retreats combine relaxation with a self powerment tool for positive living. Various subjects are available. Please see events diary.

The workshops are designed to be small in number to allow a more individual tuition and a greater personal expression without feelings of pressure.

Transformation Game Retreats – Arrive Friday evening for 7pm dinner - Depart Monday after breakfast

The cost of the retreat covers all meals, accommodation, retreat, etc.

PLEASE NOTE - We are not a glitzy spa hotel or a cordon bleu restaurant and we do not have a bar.  We are a friendly, homely place where people come to relax and are treated as extended family members.  There will not be huge numbers of people on the retreats so if you are wanting a long socialising and drinking weekend this is not the place for you.

Enjoy our nutritious home cooking (vegetarian as well as meat options), whilst you relax with one of our many spiritual books or tarot cards in an atmosphere of perfect peace broken only by the sweet sound of relaxing music.
