If you are fed up with your current job and want to change career to that of a therapist then we can help.  Currently we have Swedish Massage Training on offer and will be adding to our range in the future.  Perhaps you are already a therapist and are looking to add another skill to your repertoire. 

You don't need to live in Wales to train here.  We can offer bed and breakfast so you can enjoy your training and still have some time for sightseeing!  We also offer self catering - so why not bring the rest of the family for a few days.  You can do your training and then do what you want!

Swedish Massage Training - 2 days
Over the two days you will learn to give a treatment involving giving light rhythmic strokes, some long relaxing effleurage strokes, pettrisage, kneading, friction, tapping and other techniques to give your client at truly wonderful experience. You will develop your ability to apply structured pressure, tension, motion or vibrations to the soft tissues of the body, muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and lymphatic system in order to leave the body totally relaxed and rested.

A qualification in Anatomy & Physiology is required and we can point you in the right direction to gaining this if you don't have it.  However we can train you and then give you the certificate upon completion of training.  Those who have done reflexology or some kind of A&P within an integrated diploma need to contact us to see if they are able to bypass the A&P diploma.

• You only need to bring yourself a packed lunch, the rest we provide: chairs, towels, therapy tables, oils, music, course notes, certificate and candles etc

• This course awarded 35 CPD (Continuous Professional Development) points. 

• The course fee includes your Fully Accredited Diploma, thorough course notes, insurance details and refreshments throughout the day.

• A small friendly environment where you receive individual attention from your tutor throughout the day

What your training includes

* Everything is provided for you including therapy couches, towels, oils, ear candles etc.

*Please wear comfortable clothing and a vest top

*You will receive a comprehensive manual which includes information on professional etiquette, insurance options, anatomy & physiology and of course how to carry out a practical, hands-on treatment.

*All courses are accredited with The Professional Beauty Guild/Guild of Holistic Therapists and carry CPD Points.

 *During the day you will be practicing on other students and we recommend that once you have completed a course with us, you spend time practicing on family and friends to get feedback on your techniques.

*Small training groups from 2-6 students maximum so you gain maximum benefits from your training and have plenty of time to ask your Tutor any questions.

*Friendly, knowledgeable and patient Tutors who have a lot of experience in the beauty & holistic field.

Please Note the following before booking a course

*All course fees are non-refundable therefore please ensure you can attend on the date you book.

*If for any reason you are unable to attend a course we will book you on a future training date at our discretion and a fee of £10 is chargeable.

*If after your training your Tutor feels you need further Tuition, we will ask you to come back and attend another training day.

* The prices are for the course only.  If you would like bed and breakfast accommodation please contact me before booking the course.  The price is £100 for 2 days, with all meals included.
